Top Load Washing Machine

I would not suggest the bldc ones just yet. A good quality normal fan isn't too power consuming. Bldc ones aren't too reliable and cost a lot of money to buy and repair. Buy faber chimneys. Fk has good sale on them rn. For the rest, just buy not too smart versions of Samsung or LG. The German brands are history and service is horrible. The Koreans are still good for now.

Front loader LG or speed queen or Electrolux, top loader Speed Queen or LG\* \*only get a top loading washer with an agitator in it

Long story short: are the new model LG top load washer/dryers absolutely terrible? Like made within the last 1-2 years? Long story long: we closed on our house 2.5 weeks ago and the dryer broke. I also hate the washer with a burning passion so we are replacing both. When the appliance repair guy was here he said if we did decide to replace, don’t get Samsung obviously, but not to get LG saying the newer LGs, and anything labeled inverter, fail constantly, especially the fridges. I just purchased a new LG fridge and range of course 😅 So I’m researching what unit to get and I look into Maytag. Apparently now bought out by Whirlpool and now pure garbage. Okay. Whirlpool is rated eh. Okay. GE Profile expensive, 50/50 reviews. Speed Queen also mixed reviews, very expensive, keep on heavy duty cyle as nothing else works…got it..? I research further into brands and LG is at the top of most review lists…I personally had an LG and LOVED it, but that was like 6 years ago and it appears things have changed. I am at the point I’m drowning in laundry being without machines for a week and I am researching so much I’m driving myself insane So what do I do here? Is LG really that bad? What other mid-range brand would you recommend?

The new Bosch models came out a 5 or 6 months ago. Those won't likely change for a few years. The Amana, maytag, whirlpool, kitchen-aid models are all out now. They changed this past month. Samsung seems to change models faster than some people change their underwear. Frigidaire had new models out a few months ago. They usually will trickle a new one here or there but it wont be hardly any different. Does anyone really care what LG does? GE will be the big change here. (Hopefully) Their parent company is Haier. Haier has slowly been working over the GE lineup. They haven't touched Dishwashers yet. That is their least quality product in theory line up of major appliances. Haier recently acquired Fisher Paykel who I understand makes decent dishwashers. The Cafe dual drawer dishwasher is just a F-P with the Cafe logo and handles. With any luck with will make over their dishwashers. Just my two cents from selling appliances on and off since 2008.
