I was first put on a restrictive diet in 1981, when it didn’t work my mom pivoted and I wound up on: Beverly Hills, blood type, Fit for Life, cabbage soup, Adele Davis, Optifast, every ‘80s fad in circulation. In the mid-90s into the early 2000s, I rebelled and stopped dieting altogether… and got a lot bigger. In 2002, I started again on my own terms and ran the whole gauntlet a second time: keto, paleo, Master Cleanse, a 3-shakes-a-day liquid thing loaded with vitamins and fiber pills, 1st personal diet, 4-Hour Body, Ideal Protein, HCG, gluten-free, lectin-free, blood type (again), Gundry, you name it. Eventually I landed on the only approach that actually stuck for me: counting calories, prioritizing lean protein, and taking intentional maintenance breaks to practice eating in a way that maintained my weight. Mine is running out and I'm kinda broke right now so it's hard getting my protein from just food. I also like having to make a shake every day, it's a nice routine thing. What would you recommend? Not an expert reviewer but here’s my take. For reference to my experience, I have tried Optimum Nutrition, Nakpro, and Amul whey in the past. I put 2 scoops in the shaker with 200 ml water. After 100 ml more to rinse the shaker and take out rest of the protein. Total 300 ml in 2 scoops. Packaging - amazing presentation! Best so far. They add some extra stuff to the box which is a nice touch. I think they even added a braille paper with nutritional info for blind people. The depth of thinking they have put into this is very rare to see. 10/0 —- Zipper - Nakpro sucked big time when it comes to the zipper quality. This one has a very smooth, high quality zipper that’s easy to close. Finally a protein that came in large packet that I won’t consider transferring to a plastic box. 10/10 —- Filtration - Amul gave me a lifelong OCD where I need to filter every protein after mixing with water because Amul whey had thick 1cm long paneer like chunks that were not protein. Definitely due to bad filtering process. This one was very clear as you can see the strainer in second image. 10/10 —- Mixability - Mixed really well. No lumps left. In 20 seconds or less it was very smooth with very less froth and totally drinkable. Amul users know the froth issue. Not with this. 10/10 —- Taste - okay so it’s always a controversial take. I hated the taste. It was very chemically, and left a bitter aftertaste in mouth. I understand it could be due to stevia but it is what it is. Hated the taste, maybe it’s as worse as ON Double Rich Chocolate. Even Amul tastes better, ngl. 6/10 —- Digestability - one scoop in water, nothing else. Digested well. No bloating or discomfort of any kind. 10/10 —- Value for money - one of the best value for money proteins out there. Even Nakpro is getting expensive these days. 9/10 —- Overall, 9.3/10 for me after first try. If my experience changes after a couple of days, I’ll update for sure. But so far, definitely want to buy again. I’ve been trying to find a way to indulge in protein bars regularly without burning a hole in my wallet, most of them are either unsustainable on a budget or are filled with sweeteners, preservatives, etc. That’s what led me down this rabbit hole. I tried some recipes and was able to crack a few, to suit my taste and macros. Then, recently I picked up a few Whole Truth bars because I like their taste, and that's when I noticed something interesting, they list the exact percentages for every ingredient. So I decided to reverse engineer them. Converted the percentages into grams for a 67g bar (20g protein), tested a few batches at home, tweaked the texture and it worked. The formula is surprisingly simple and clean *(Shoutout to The Whole Truth and* *sorry for using your recipe).* After a few iterations, I was able to recreate all 4 flavours pretty closely same texture, similar taste, \~20g protein, but at a fraction of the cost. Tip: At times binding might be an issue, I personally add a few more dates and peanut butter to tackle this, but alternatively you can skip molding them into bars and either consume them directly or make laddoos (balls). Here's the ingredient breakdown: **🍫 Double Cocoa:** 1. Cashews: 22.8 g 2. Dates: 17.4 g 3. Whey protein blend: 12.7 g 4. Almonds: 6.7 g 5. Cocoa powder: 4.0 g 6. So i ordered a whole truth protein powder 1kg on zepto. looked at the product and gave the OTP. but after opening the outer cover (which is usually damaged), i found out that product has missing expiry date and other labels and also it looks like it is very old taken from the bottom of the warehouse. I complained to zepto and they said "In Open Box Delivery, issues like expired, near expiry concerns can be identified in real time" they also said "we explicitly mention our open box delivery norms on the product detail page" and refused me a refund. i said i am genuine customer ordered 100s of items with very few returns but no help. (if this policy is about fraud, they could have easily confirm this . right ?) i lost hope. blamed myself. then i ordered it again from zepto. now delivery agent explicitly said you can't open the outer cover for inspection. open box delivery is just for cross checking whether i got the right item and expiry. then i go and asked chatgpt. it said to raise as food safety issue. **"Food safety issue - missing expiry label. Cannot consume.”** (and asked to DM brand on instagram if it fails. even if that fails, asked me to raise a FSSAI compliant on food safety violation - selling food without expiry) i got some hope and tried it. it worked 100%. also it seems i can't upload images here

I’ve been lifting for a few years and my rule was always simple, protein powders with lowest price per Kg wins. So over time I’ve been thru a ridiculous list: ON, nakpro, nutrabay, GNC, TWT, Super You, True Basics and Wellbeing and many I can’t even remember. Even when I was in the US, this Costco (Kirkland) protein I’ve attached a pic. Macros were similar always but experience was vast, 1. Some had weird disgusting after taste, some tasted ok but very heavy, some foamed (like Amul) and some I could never finish. Recently I started paying more attention to how I actually felt after drinking, mostly post workout in the evening. And realized the texture and digestion mattered so much. All of the cleaner ones felt noticeably lighter and move thru the day easy. New rule is simple, spend a bit on protein but make sure it’s light and tasty. Best ones I’ve had are **WBN chocolate and TWT Coffee. Both are incredibly tasty and light.**

My protein supply for 10 days Thailand vacation - 1. 10 Amul Blueberry 20g 2. 20 TWT bars 20g 3. 10 Truebasics whey isolate 28g Total 88g/day. What are the other options I can get in Thailand to finish the rest 40-60g more per day? I can’t eat meat or eggs. Please suggest some dishes or restaurants in Bangkok and Pattaya. Do you think I will be able to do 40-60g more from vegetarian food in Thailand? If not maybe I carry 10 more whey sachets?

I had a box of Whey by ON which expired around 2 years ago. I still used it before the gym. One scoop a day. It was fine and worked perfectly for me. The box is over now and I bought another box by Dymatize.

canned tuna is basically the most bang for your buck protein:calories:cost wise, but eating too much is bad as it builds up mercury in your body. Sardines on the other hand do not have such high amounts of heavy metals and are safe to eat daily (I personally recommend boneless skinless smoked sardines in olive oil if you've never eaten sardines before, less of a mental hurdle than eating bone-in skin-on) As another person said, plain greek yogurt is good, same with skyr (just make sure there's not a bunch of added sugars) soy milk or skim milk is a great beverage (closer to that "add zero" rule than something like whole or 2% milk) egg whites rather than whole eggs are protein cheat codes, you get 60% of the protein for only 15% of the calories (so, if you eat 2 eggs worth of egg whites instead of 1 whole egg, you get MORE protein for less than HALF the calories) I'd advise you not to just suddenly try to eat an insane amount of protein as you'll likely experience some tummy upset and feel pretty annoyed with your diet after a few days, just slowly swap out some of your normal foods for some of these options (eg, if you normally use whole milk, switch to skim or soy, if you normally have a candy bar for a snack, swap in a yogurt, etc) dont freak out over hitting EXACTLY 1g/lb bodyweight of protein or whatever every day, your body will still make muscle if you're at .7g/lb Supplements like whey protein powder are obvious go-to's if you struggle to eat enough throughout the day, some good brands are Optimum Nutrition and, if you're a little bougie, I really like Isopure (much more expensive though)

Cool idea but not a compressive enough dataset for me to ultilize at the moment. If it keeps going for a number of years or has several users building it over a shorter period of time. Isopure and Kirkland Signature are two brands my household commonly uses, especially Isopure, because they go on sale in stores all the time at my regular grocery spots whereas other brands are online only or I have to make a specific trip to a health/fitness/wellness shop.

New here. But thought I would share an experience with those who suffers the same problem as I do. I have been taking protein powder for years. And almost there is no cure to my stomach upset problem when I swish down a bottle after each workout. Sometimes it’s better , other times it’s bad. It ranges from bloating to diarrhea. Tried whey. Whey isolate. Whey isolate lactose free. Plant base protein. Protein bar. At the end of the day it’s not the lactose, the isolate or whatever. It’s just my stomach can’t process protein in a large amount. So I try to drink it in small doses. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Until last week I tried one last method. I started adding oatmeal- uncooked oatmeal (not the instant kind) and I added about 1/2 -1 cup to each shaker. Soaked it overnight and drink it at room temperature. So far it has been one week and I haven’t had one diarrhea. Or stomach problem. I still try to space it out a bit and not finish the entire thing at once. But I think this will be my solve until it starts happening again. I am taking Isopure isolate and before I added the oatmeal I was still having diarrhea with the brand. So I know it’s not the brand that helped because I went from diarrhea to none consuming the same brand. I searched here for solution and didn’t see many people talking about it. So I thought to share it with those who suffer the same problem as I do. Update: tried oatmeal with other types of non isolate whey and still no stomach upsets anymore. Slowing down absorption does work miracles.

I have been using gold standard whey since 2010 I remember the days it was around £25-30 for a 2kg tub. Now every time I go to buy it’s gone up again. Any one recommend a replacement which tastes great UPDATE I have swapped to my protein impact whey £45 for 60 servings.

This is an honest review of beast life whey protein, on suggestion from my friend I bought this one, I believed that it wouldn’t claim false macros, since the owner of brand is an influencer, but unfortunately from using it for around 12 days I have seen that it is pretty nasty, I no longer have the recovery after gym that I used to have from using My Protein and Muscle Blaze whey protein powder, even more I had an outburst of acne over my body, keep in my mind I had no lifestyle changes, I use 2-3 scoops daily which is where half of my daily protein intake comes from, since whey was majority of my daily protein intake, I am able to come to conclusion that beast life whey protein is pretty shit. So I would suggest others that they should go for other well established protein.

I’ve noticed that MyProtein 2.5 kg Impact Whey Protein is currently being sold at Costco for £40, which works out at £16 per kilo. Does anyone know of any cheaper options? I’m specifically looking for whey protein. I bought 5 kg of MyProtein Impact Whey about 8 months ago for £68, and I’m also curious—when does MyProtein usually have good sales like this (or better) during the year, so I can plan to bulk buy again?

Love that Amul is now getting full fledged in this category and have upped their production. I won't be surprised if other brands now get blown out of market. Other brands better adapt but I know they will blame customers and play stupid games like clean protein and whatever. Taste is not too sweet and is subtle. Flavor profile is really original and not artificial at all. My only thought is this is not a "fast absorption whey protein" and instead they may be using hung curd for protein content. I have no problem as this kind of protein is less processed and have good vitamin + gut healthy bacteria. Whey is powder and is pure protein and is good for those who train really hard and need a lot of protein quickly. Basically, I am not going to order any other brand protein from now. This Amul shake was not too sweet. I hated Avvatar Kulfi and Nakpro chocolate due to extreme sweet taste. Litrally need to add whole fat milk and salt in those to make them drinkable. Now taste is subjective but please guys don't get used to too sweet things. ## **Review After First Try** ### **Taste (Sweetness)** Far less sweet than any other flavored protein powder I've tried. No artificial aftertaste at all. I've tried MyProtein, ON, Avatar, MuscleBlaze, Nakpro. Amul (tried first time today) is only **30% as sweet** as the others. MyProtein and Nakpro were *too* sweet! --- ### **Taste (Flavor)** Very natural blueberry flavor. I eat blueberries regularly, so I know what natural blueberry tastes like. Not overpowering — subtle, easy to drink daily without getting bored. Avatar Kulfi flavor was horrible and overly sweet. Could only drink it with whole milk and added salt to reduce the overpowering sweetness. Same with Nakpro Chocolate. --- ### **Thickness** It's thick — like blending a banana in 200 ml milk. Not *too* thick, but they should add a bit less xanthan gum, especially in cold weather since it thickens more. Still drinkable. --- ### **Suggestions** I added **200 ml cow milk** to the **200 ml protein shake**. Perfect consistency and even less sweetness (my preference — I dislike overly sweet things). **So: 200 ml shake + 200 ml Amul cow milk = 👍** --- ### **Cost** - Protein shake = **₹50** - Milk (Amul tetra pack) = **₹16** --- ### **Calories & Macros** **Protein Shake:** - Protein: 20 g - Carbs: 19.9 g - Calories: 138 **Milk:** - Protein: 6 g - Carbs: 4.7 g - Fat: 3.5 g - Calories: 124 --- ### **Total (Shake + Milk)** - **262 calories** - **26 g protein** - **24 g carbs** - **Cost: ₹66**

in 7 11 stores, there they have shakes that have 30 to 40 grams of protein. so amul shakes seem a waste of your space in your luggage they pretty wide variety of flavours , you should try those out. macros are crazy good. 160 to 180 calories for 40 gm of protein and there are lactose free. your protein needs will be more easily fulfilled through them.

Its time for me to start gaining, want to use a powder for oats, panckakes, etc... (all the stuff ya see online) I just need help deciding which to buy. For reference: I am canadian and ***DONT*** care about "chalkyness" or how hard it is to digest, I consume enough fiber dont worry. All i need is the best Macros. And decent taste. Any whey protein is considered a complete protein since it’s an animal protein (contains all the amino acids needed by your body). Overall, look at the nutritional facts and see what you like. Organic and non GMO is nice. \- Gold Standard is a go to for a reason. Extreme chocolate is good. Been through a crap ton of bags. \- Ghost seems to be pretty popular. They have an Oreo cookie I hear is great. \- Transparent Labs also seems to be popular and I just ordered one to try. \- CBUM by RAW is Chris Bumstead’s line. He’s a 6 time Mr. Olympia, so I’ll be trying that sometime soon too. There are a ton of interesting flavors available too (key lime pie, milk and cookies, birthday cake, strawberry, etc.)

Just in case you're like me and are concerned about things like heavy metals or contaminants in your supplements - I used to buy transparent labs based off their apparent commitment to, well, transparency. I swear they used to give out a COA of the lab results for each batch number on your package, that you could look up. They've since scrubbed that promise from their website, and now you can only view results for a cherrypicked "recent" lot, not the specific lot anymore. I thought I was going crazy but was able to find their archived Google data that showed their old promise. But they do get points I suppose for showing their results online, because the results are bad. If you consume a plant based protein powder, be aware that their vanilla and chocolate powders have between 1.4 and 2.2 micrograms of lead PER SERVING. The cadmium was 7.2 micrograms per serving. These are high for a single serving of a supplement. Very high. Very, very high. Unfortunately, I'm back to square one looking for an actually clean brand.

Whenever I drink milk, I get constipated, but I do not have this issue with curd or any other fermented milk products. I have already done lactose intolerance and milk allergen tests, and both came back negative. Since I want to bulk, whey is an obvious post-workout option for me. Earlier, I wanted to test how my body responds to protein, so I ordered small pouches of whey isolate and whey concentrate initially. Those worked well and did not cause any issues. After that, I ordered 1 kg of MB Iso-Zero, and so far that has also been fine. Later, I ordered 2 kg of MB Biozyme Performance Whey, which is whey concentrate. I chose it because I thought their Biozyme formula might actually work better than other enzyme-enhanced proteins for faster absorption, and also help me digest whey concentrate more easily, especially since my test reports were negative. I think all protein powder tastes like garbage besides Syntha 6 so I just get whatever is the cheapest but brand wise I always get Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein or Dymatize ISO100. I mix it with water and chug it down.

My two favourites are the Radix Nutrition protein smoothies (which come in fruit smoothie type flavours e.g. banana and mango, or mixed berry) and then Pure Sports Nutrition "recovery protein". Both are not the cheapest by any stretch, nor are they the highest protein but I like the Radix one because it contains fibre, serving of fruit/vegetables, and a great base for adding other ingredients. The Pure recovery protein is also very tasty. Both of them I never feel any upset tummy after. I've bought various Mushasi protein powders when cheap at Chemist Warehouse and always found they give me a stomach ache. No matter which particular product. Years ago I used to swear by BSN Syntha 6, which was always the best tasting in my opinion but haven't had it in a while.

Any particular reason why you went with individual serving sizes, given by product, instead of averaging serving sizes across all products? Imho that's quite misleading as serving size recommendations can vary *massively* between individual brands. Case in point: Momentous Whey Protein Isolate Vanilla Flavor is listed with a serving size of 26.5 grams, and compared against Naked Nutrition Vegan Mass Gainer Vanilla with a serving size of 315 grams. I thought you would maybe account for this by giving lead levels in a more averaged measurement, but those are also given "per serving size", which makes it little surprising that most of the powders with the largest serving sizes also end up with the largest amounts of lead. Wouldn't it have been better to average the quantity across products, to get a much clearer picture of lead differences between brands, while actually accounting for different serving size recommendations?

I’m pretty picky about protein powder, especially texture and mixability. My three favorites are: Impact Whey Salted Caramel, Ryse Skippy Peanut Butter, Momentous Chocolate (but they changed their formula and it tastes *slightly* different but I don’t like it as much). Hi everyone, I need some serious advice regarding whey protein. My father is a lung cancer patient, and to help meet his daily protein intake I’ve been giving him whey protein. I’ve already consulted his oncologist, and he said it’s safe to use. Recently, I came across a video by Cyriac Abby Philips famously known as The Liver Doc in twitter, about the Citizens Protein Project, where different protein brands were tested. Based on that, I switched to The Whole Truth raw whey concentrate since it was among the ones that passed—but it’s quite expensive. Earlier, I was using MuscleBlaze's concentrate raw whey, which was cheaper than The Whole Truth. Because of this cancer disease , I’m honestly worried about using any brand that has any issues. If this was just for general use, I wouldn’t think this much. Now please suggest me what to do as now I have explored some more brands that are way cheaper than above mentioned brand and are also trustified certified (by arpit) but are not suggested or listed by this citizen protein project as this project found some anomalies in these brands. I have tried these brands: 1. asitis atom whey -> 2-3 times (chocolate and choco hazelnut).... pretty decent....but i dont trust them for long term use 2. muscleblaze raw whey -> my first protein, i dont do unflavoured anymore 3. nutrabay gold (some chocolate flavour rich or double not sure)-> had a dust like aftertaste but still okaish.... would prefer asitis atom over this 4. avvatar performance whey malai kulfi -> the flavour is too overhyped but still ok, but foams a lot(2470/kg approx)....still a bit on the pricier side bit expensive 5. amul chocolate -> foamss wayyy too much....never again (2k/kg approx) 6. Looking for a good whey under 3k (ideally under 2.5k). I tried Avvatar Performance Whey Malai Kulfi like 2 months back — it was fine, no digestion issues. Then in Jan I tried Naturaltein Whey Max Coffee and honestly didn’t like it. Weird aftertaste and it messed with my stomach a bit. My mom liked Avvatar whey's malai kulfi, chocolate one, Nutrabay's mango fusion but she stopped taking it thinking it has high sugar because it was very sweet. After that we changed brands a lot she didn't like anything after that. Now I bought Yeast protein chocolate flavour. She has been having one scoop daily without complaints. Only way to find which one our parents like, is to do trial and error.

Our unflavored whey is only one ingredient and does have a natural taste that can come through strongly depending on how it's used (especially when blended with fats). Generally for coffee Naked Whey Isolate is a better choice because it has less of the fat and lactose. It will blend more neutrally in fatty applications. I chose it because I thought their Biozyme formula might actually work better than other enzyme-enhanced proteins for faster absorption, and also help me digest whey concentrate more easily, especially since my test reports were negative. However, I have taken only 2 scoops over 2 days, and the problem has started again. I am constipated now. What should I do with this new box? Please suggest something 😭😭

Since I alwayss struggle with my gut…I never tried whey till date. But since this August post my bday, I started to become more serious with my fitness and being in better health…and decided to also try out whey.  I bought Isozero Blue Tokai from Muscleblaze (because of less lactose content)…and here’s my review of it after consuming for a month. I started with half a scoop that’s around 15 gms mixed in \~250ml water… and to my relief…no bloating/ indigestion nothing. Taste ka toh bhai mat hi bolo… like a genuine rich coffee…. not hyper sugary but then again not completely bland which I prefer. To give you an example of a close enough taste….i’d say it comes most close to Kopiko coffee candyy… Mixability is also good. Slight foam occurs, no lumps and I guess that's okay. Slowly I’ve now raised up to a scoop daily…and touchwood no issues till date 🤞🏼and along with the three big meals per day I’m finally hitting my protein needs consistently now.  For someone with IBD + long-term skepticism this is the first time I’ve consumed a supplement and not regretted it. 😂

If cooking isn't a problem, Dmart sells 200g soya beans for 29 rupees. I don't think anything comes close to this for 100g protein. There is osoaa if you are looking for budget whey. 1kg for 1100, this includes 3g creatine in the scoop. TRUSTIFIED. It isn't exactly lean protein because the carb is higher than other powders. Milk solids are used in this for reducing the cost. Doesn't taste great, doesn't taste bad. Muscleblaze 100% whey unflavoured concentrate is another option. Price fluctuates a lot between 900-1200 for 500g packet. I got 1kg for 1700 last week with card offers. 30g scoop with 24g protein, minimal fat/carb.

okay so UN confused between which of these options to buy first of all today I tried Belgian chocolate by Avatar and the blue tokai by muscleblaze honestly I like the avvtar one more than the muscleblaze one but Avatar feels cheap to be honest maybe because of the branding because I'm using Avatar right now the malai kulfi flavour and honestly when I use more than one scoop I get a little bit of bloating with Avatar and malai kulfie where is absolutely the for worst flavour i have ever tried it gives me nausea etc bought it because saw some influencerz using it. so I tried the blue tokai by muscleblaze the Belgium chocolate by Avatar and I like the Belgium chocolate more but I am confused. the ISO pure I have heard a lot of good reviews about isopure I'm not sure how they how the flavour will feel if anyone knows how it is please lmk because I don't usually prefer too much chocolaty things please let me know and my gymbro recommended ripped up I don't know I haven't heard that much about it what do you all think about it if you are going with ripped up then what flavour do u recommend

What's the best TASTING clean whey you've tried. Nothing with actual coffee because I can't have caffeine at the time of taking whey. Budget max 6k per kg. Twt Pista Badaam, twt light cocoa, OWN chocolate, trubasics chocolate or matcha or something else like this. What tastes best? If youre mixing with milk, it’ll taste good. \- Twt light coco - Pretty good, you can't feel the sweetness at all but I like it. Will buy again. \- Trunative choco crunch - A bit too sweet by itself. And its a cheap 1rs candy kinda sweet. Maybe it's the monk fruit. Way better than stevia. I'll buy it again to mix 1:2 with twt light coco \- Trubasics chocolate isolate - 95% similar taste to twt light coco. It has 4g more protein per scoop and 1 extra serving per pack too. I'll buy it again if protein per gram is cheaper than twt light coco after coupons \- Wellbeing dark chocolate isolate - best tasting clean whey. It has better chocolate flavour and the sweetness is perfect too. Slightly higher sweetness than Twt light coco and more intense chocolate flavour. I was feeling a little weird with this when I took 3 scoops of this one day. Maybe because of added probiotics. No issues with one scoop. \- Foodstrong next gen chocolate - they didn't ship it a week after paying. Customer care picked up once and said they'll refund. All numbers have been switched off since then. I've started chargeback process with my credit card. Hopefully it goes smooth Current fav: 2 scoops twt light coco/trubasics isolate chocolate + 1 scoop wellbeing dark chocolate isolate

Hey fellow vanilla fan, what other vanilla flavours you like from whey isoaltes available in India? I mean the ones that are really good quality and are easy on the tummy. I was using ON's but their blend was very bloating and they don't sell isolate vanilla in India. Isopure was perfect as long as anything other than taste goes. It was so good on the tummy that never felt anything. But the taste was way too milky for me - too much milky really! In a bad way. I have been trying Wellbeing Nutrition Bourbon vanilla and this has not been great for my tummy. A bit of bloating and constipation. Is MyProtein isolate's vanilla is good? Anything else? OWN is getting lots of traction but they don't have isolate vanilla.

hi. so i take my protein's mint chocolate protein powder in milk. today randomly i saw a my fitness protein box at my home ( mummy had ordered it by seeing some insta reel) so i just added one spoon of it in my shake and it tasted so good and obviosuly increased my protein content by 4-5 gms. it was my fitness's chocolate smooth peanut butter. but then i checked the ingredients and it has 2g added sugar per 32 gram. soo I want a peanut butter which does not have sugar in it . also i already find the my protein powder extremely sweet and i have to add more milk just to dilute it and after i blend it in the mixi it becomes 2 full glasses. i dont want to eat the peanut butter with bread so texture and not being sweet are not a problem as i make my protein shake in a blender. so tldr plz tell me a peanut butter brand which is high in protein and does not have any added sugar. ( taste utna matter nhi krta as i take it with my whey protein shake which i already find way to sweet and not being able to spread on bread is not an issue kyuki i just want to blend it with my milk and protein powder)

I have added my daily diet for the past 2 weeks which I have been trying to follow consistently, the issue is I am lacking enought calories to pack more protein and fiber. I am 165cm male at 78kg trying to cut to 65kg, I have 26% body fat as calculated via US Navy method. Help me ditch remove things or add things in this. My daily calorie intake is 1800cal as suggested by myfitness pal and I do 8k steps daily with 4-5 times workout in gym. Please help me out.

My recipe stays mostly the same, flavor is usually determined by the protein powder flavor I use and/or the mix-ins! - 400g fat free Fairlife milk - 1 serving CSE protein powder - 2 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener (40g if not using protein powder) - 1 tsp vanilla bean paste - 1/4 tsp xanthan gum - 1/4 tsp salt When I wanted a chocolate base I used a core power 26g protein chocolate shake as the milk, but I’m going to buy black cocoa powder soon because I’ve heard it makes a delectable brownie batter texture. Also just purchased cake batter extract which I’m super excited to use! If you have tiktok I’ve been mostly basing my recipes around the creator @fitnessproductfinder because he recreates popular Ben&jerrys ice cream flavors and they all look sooo good
