“… [truncated] … that MB is being made. So I’m assuming quality standards must be similar. I have been consuming MB now for a while and have happy with the consistency, have tried multiple wheys in the price range and mb biozyme gave me least stomach issues and tasted great”

fitness_india “MuscleBlaze advertised the metal kunai scoop with their Naruto collab combo, took our money, then quietly removed it and called it a "recent update" — without telling a single customer.”

I ordered the Biozyme Performance Whey + Creatine CreAMP Special Naruto Edition Stack. Their product listing — on both the website and app — clearly shows TWO metal kunai scoops as part of the combo. Not a banner. Not a tagline. The actual hero image of the product. My order then sat in a warehouse for nearly FIVE DAYS before being dispatched. No email. No notification. No heads up. When the order arrived, no kunai scoop. I contacted support and was told: \*"As per a recent update, the scoop is not available with this order variant."\* I asked the obvious question — if this update exists, why does your website and app STILL show the scoop in the product images RIGHT NOW? Their response: \*"We are unable to take any further action."\* The "resolution" they offered? A plastic scoop. As a replacement for a limited edition metal kunai from a premium Naruto collab. Here's what makes this worse: \- The listing STILL shows the kunai scoop as of today \- They confirmed the scoop exists — it comes with the WrathX Pre-Workout — so it's not a supply issue \- No customer was informed of this "update" before or after purchase \- The order was held for 5 days before dispatch — plenty of time to notify anyone \*\*This isn't a fulfilment error. This is false advertising.\*\* If this happened to you too, please comment below. I am looking out for buying whey protein, currently I am using the muscleblaze biozyme performance whey ( blue tokai coffee ) but I wanted to try something new. I have 2 options in mind : 1. The Whole Truth Whey Protein Isolate+Concentrate ( flavoured ) 2. Only what’s needed Whey Protein Concentrate ( flavoured ) Any suggestions on which one I should prefer ? / reviews on the 2 options I have Open for any other brand suggestions as well Also not interested in unflavoured whey Thanks 🙏

Whenever I drink milk, I get constipated, but I do not have this issue with curd or any other fermented milk products. I have already done lactose intolerance and milk allergen tests, and both came back negative. Since I want to bulk, whey is an obvious post-workout option for me. Earlier, I wanted to test how my body responds to protein, so I ordered small pouches of whey isolate and whey concentrate initially. Those worked well and did not cause any issues. After that, I ordered 1 kg of MB Iso-Zero, and so far that has also been fine. Later, I ordered 2 kg of MB Biozyme Performance Whey, which is whey concentrate. I chose it because I thought their Biozyme formula might actually work better than other enzyme-enhanced proteins for faster absorption, and also help me digest whey concentrate more easily, especially since my test reports were negative. However, I have taken only 2 scoops over 2 days, and the problem has started again. I am constipated now. What should I do with this new box? Please suggest something 😭😭

Hello all, So i have been using OWN whey. In the past i used MB and fuelone. Currently i am on tight budget and need budget friendly quality protein may be between 1.5k to 2k. I know i might be asking for something big but yea this is what it is. Been doing gym from 4 years. Started taking whey since 2 years. Please share your suggestions 😁✌🏻

fitness_india “Anyone else having issues with Amul Whey?”

Quick PSA. Bought Amul Whey thinking it's Amul, Desh ka brand hai. Doesn't mix. Clumps no matter what, shaker, spoon, blender bottle with spring, all the same. Half the powder ends up stuck to the bottom. The taste is chalky with a weird bitter aftertaste. Just not pleasant. Main issue though - every time I have it I get loose motion in the morning. I'm not lactose intolerant, I have milk, dahi, paneer regularly with zero issues, and other whey brands have always been fine. Specifically this one. Had ASITIS protein whey once and it's the same fucking thing. Not worth 2000 would rather drink sattu. Not worth it. Spend a bit more and get something that actually works. FYI: I have tried ON, MY PROTEIN, MUSCLE BLAZE, TWT these whey brands are mostly on discount and never ever had this issue. This time I wanted to try amul and it is shit. Only with ASITIS and Amul.
