Radix AXE6600 WiFi 6E Gaming Router

I'm looking for a good wifi antenna with extension cable to use on my MSI Z690-A PRO WIFI motherboard. Using the included antennas (tucked away behind PC) I'm seeing about 250-300mbit download with significant jitter. Ping to router sits around 4ms but often spikes to 100-150ms which is simply unacceptable. Meanwhile, when placed 6ft high where my desktop sits, my phone can pull ~920mbit. This is on a 1gbit fiber connection. I'm currently looking at antennas like this: https://a.co/d/07diuPYi However, for direct line of sight to the router I would need to mount the antenna on my wall. If I want a wifi signal to my room only is the dream router 7 enough or do I need to get Ap and poe switch. The isp modem that I have is a 300 mbps fiber optic. I have no problem wiring ethernet cable to my room upstairs. Is dream router 7 really worth getting I know some of you will this that I do not need it for my speed however I am thinking of the future. Also what is the diffirence if I get a tp link, asus or net gear wifi 7 and the dream router 7 in terms of speed stability connection and speed.
