negativeindiangaming “Green Soul After-Sales Service is AWFUL: 7 Days, Multiple Tickets, Zero Progress on a Simple Warranty Claim (Broken Armrest)”Working remotely as a software engineer, I rely heavily on my home office setup, so I wanted to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Green Soul's after-sales service. Their warranty claim process has been dragging on for over a week with absolutely no resolution. This level of support is unacceptable for a brand selling premium chairs. # Product & Issue * **Product:** Green Soul chair (Jupiter Superb High Back Mesh Office Chair) * **Issue:** The plastic component of the armrest snapped and broke completely on its own during normal, everyday use. This should be a straightforward warranty claim. # Timeline of Failure * **June 7:** I first raised the warranty claim and sent an email with clear images of the broken armrest. * **June 7 & 8:** Green Soul created Ticket but sent automated emails asking for details (including images) that I had already provided in my initial email. I replied multiple times to confirm the images were already attached, yet they kept sending generic requests. * **June 10:** After getting no update, I followed up asking, *"What is the update on this? Why is it taking so long?"* * **June 11:** Frustrated by the lack of response since June 7, I sent an escalation email stating I was "extremely disappointed" and warned that I would share my experience on social media if I didn't get an immediate resolution. * **June 12:** An agent from the Green Soul Escalation team (Himanshu Rawat) finally responded regarding a new ticket but then asked, *again*, for the "Image/ short video of defected part." I immediately sent the attachments again. * **June 13 (Today):** I sent two more follow-up emails, asking for an update. When they failed to reply, I sent a final ultimatum: *"Are your team members going to provide me with an update, or should I go ahead and post my experience online?"* # Conclusion It has been 7 days since I first filed my warranty claim. I have had to follow up, escalate, and resend the exact same required proof multiple times, and their official "Escalation" team is still wasting time asking for documents I already submitted. This is a clear example of unacceptable after-sales service and a deliberately confusing warranty process. If a company can't handle a simple broken armrest claim in a timely manner, it severely does not reflect well on their brand. **TL;DR:** Green Soul is making a simple warranty claim impossible by ignoring emails, sending multiple automated requests for already-provided images, and forcing me to chase them for a week straight with zero progress. Avoid them if you value good customer support.

neutralofficechairs “Is it worth it?”So, I've a budget of around 6k, 7k if I really stretch it out. So, I wanted to ask should I go for the Green Soul Renewed Jupiter Pro Intelli-Adapt Recline Office Chair (7k now) or wait for a sale? Or should I go for something else. I'm open for new recommendations. Also, how is the after sales service of green soul? Do they have a return policy for the renewed products?

neutralindiangaming “Are renewed Green Soul chairs worth it?”Anyone tried renewed Green Soul chairs? I've a pretty tight budget of around 3k and wondering if they're any good. I'm coming from one of those 'Supreme' plastic chairs, so I guess it'll be an upgrade either way I checked a few local shops, but most of the decent chairs were starting at around ₹5k Would appreciate your inputs!
