I agree with [u/classroomdecorum](u/classroomdecorum) that Bodybilt/neutral posture chairs will do it, you just have to hang in there to get them adjusted where you’d like. There is also the flash furniture Hercules chair, NOT ergonomic, NOT comfortable but built to last. I sat in one for a bit, when I was needing a bigger chair. It was not great compared to ergo chairs that fit me but just having the room was nice. I would focus on getting the seat height right first, then figuring out the cylinder height. I’d say the easiest solution there is a footrest, but there are specific short cylinders out there, it’s just going to be some legwork.
