Wife and I hit up BestBuy to see if they had both in stock so I could get a real sense for them. Luckily, they had the 93SD (non smart version of the 95SD) and the GX9 side by side. The Samsung had practically no reflections, while GX9 glared terribly at any angle in comparison. I have a south facing window in my hobby room, which would make it unusable. With the amount of reflections, I'm sure even the mood lighting in the room would show at night.

I’ve recently had trouble on a Samsung gaming smart monitor to which usb c / display port issues with MacBook and pc Samsungs aesthetics and branding are still more attractive for me and seems this latest version ticks pretty much all the boxes the competition had released

I was really tempted by Samsung’s smart integration, but since I spend the vast majority of my day in Office apps and back-to-back meetings, I prioritized BenQ’s eye-care tech. So far, the screen is super comfortable for 8+ hour shifts, and the built-in treVolo speakers are surprisingly punchy for my Switch 2 and Netflix at night. One specific thing I'm curious about is the **Scenario Hotkey**. Since everything is still fresh, I find myself clicking it every time I swap from "Work" to "Cinema" or "Game." It feels smooth now, but I'm wondering about the long-term utility: **To those who’ve had this (or similar BenQ EW models) for a while: Is the physical hotkey a genuine time-saver for your workflow, or does it eventually become a "honeymoon phase" feature that you stop touching after a month?** I'm trying to figure out if I'm just over-excited about the new toy or if this is a feature I should really lean into. Would love to hear how you guys use it!
