Philips Evnia 1440p, 180 hz. It cost, aorund 130€ on Amazon last october :) O bought it and it's great

oled_gaming “Trying to decide which monitor is should i buy”

I’m thinking about upgrading from my AOC C32G1 VA 1080p 144Hz because the colors are looking a bit washed out and it has many problems with the refresh rate. I’m torn between the Philips Evnia 34M2C6500, which is qd oled panel and the LG UltraGear 27GS95QE which is a woled panel, both of them are 1440p. I mostly play single-player games and watch movies or tv shows, and my room is fairly dark. I’m not sure if the QD-OLED is really that much better than the WOLED, or if the ultrawide 34″ 175hz (144hz using 10bit color) experience is worth it compared to the 16:9 27″ 240hz. Coming from my 1080p VA panel, I just want the monitor that will feel like the biggest upgrade overall. Edit: Trying to decide which monitor i should buy (correcting the title)

I guess any VA monitor under 200$/eur will be same and it's up to you what do you want in the monitor. You can go for higher response rate but then you could a less quality image for such a low price-could or it could be great so read reviews. This one is cheap Samsung Odyssey G55C You can get a monitor that are office 75hz and they will have many tilt options and stuff - like this cheap PHILIPS 27E1N5500LA. If it's for gaming too than better get 120hz+ one with 1ms response but if no than all you need to do is to look for reviews for color and display stuff.

monitors “Work monitor suggestions (IE/UK/EU)”

Hey all! So, I’ve had my Philips 226E for about 8 years now, and though it still works fine, I started seeing some bleeding in the corners and I just feel like it’s time to retire it. I’m not well read in the specs, but I’m looking for a monitor that will be used for work (meetings, excel, light SQL work and what not) 95% of the time. Potentially some light gaming :) It could be a refurbished version too. 24”-27”. Staying under €200 would be preferred. I’m based in Ireland. Thank you!
