So I've been using Plix plant protein powder for about a month now. No health issues or side effects so far. But I've seen reviews lately telling that people started having gut issues after regularly consuming it. So I'm wondering if it's healthy to continue in the long run and shift to another brand. If anyone used it for on regular basis for a long period of time please share your experience.

fitness_india “Guide Me Please - Is it actually drinkable?”
Hey everyone, Need some advice from the plant-based folks here. I’m 22F, 65kg, and I’ve been training for about 6 months. My goal is toning but being a vegetarian, meeting my protein target is a struggle. I’m looking at this Plix Plant Protein (Vanilla Banana) because I can't do whey (digestion issues) and eggs aren't really my thing. Has anyone actually tried this? I'm worried it'll taste like flavored sand or cause crazy bloating. 1. Taste: Is the banana flavor too chemical-y? 2. Mixability: Does it get lumpy in water? 3. Digestion: How is it on the stomach? Budget is a bit tight so don't want to waste money if it's just hyped up marketing. Help a vegetarian out!
