Macros are bad (14g carbs per scoop and protein being labelled on a dry basis) but for its price it’s understandable. Not sure how much I trust Nakpro as a brand though, might try their Gold Whey next. Avvatar Alpha Whey Belgian Chocolate: Taste is a measly 4/10 with water, 8/10 with milk. Only 20g protein per scoop and you cannot have multiple scoops a day because each scoop has multivitamins and 10mg iron. The scoop size is faulty too because each rounded scoop is atleast 40–50g even though it says it’s 30g. Mixability is good, I sometimes get digestion/bloating issues. Nutrabay Gold Concentrate Rich Chocolate Creme: Best protein I’ve had so far, taste is a solid 9/10, 25g protein per scoop, balanced macros, no digestion issues and no added multivitamins. The only problem is the scoop was really hard to find and the texture of the powder is too fine and as a result it sticks to the walls a lot and flies away very easily. It also has small white bits that don’t dissolve in water.
