Hi guys can you please recommend if this one is safe? I am vegan and lactose intolerant so need a plant protein. I am confused between cosmix, nakpro pea + rice and this one. I have heard horrible reviews about cosmix’s taste and nakpro has some unsafe ingredients like sucralose and added flavours. Is this one safe and good in taste? Ingredients list of Naturaltein: 1. Plant Protein Blend 84.5% (Pea Protein, Rice Protein) 2. Cocoa Powder (Alkalized) 3. Natural Flavours 4. Guar Gum (INS 412) 5. Sunflower Lecithin (INS 322) 6. BC30™ Probiotic – Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086 7. Stevia Glycoside (INS 960) 8. Thaumatin (INS 957) I have no idea what guar gum, sunflower lecithin and thaumatin are. Are they unsafe for long term health? Please help

I've been using naturaltein plant protein. I'm looking for another good brand for plant protein as i'm looking for another flavor which is not available in naturaltein, is nutrabox soy isolate (vanilla) good ? nutrabox plant protein doesn't have good flavors listed in plant proteins. Is soy powder safe to consume everyday - does it have phytoestrogens ? also what's it's PDCAAS and does mix well with milk ?
