    fitness_india “Budget whey protein isolate?”
Hey guys, I got nakpro platinum 500gm 2 weeks ago. I finished it and the taste was fine (coffee). But I recently read about posts that liverdoc said nakpro platinum has 21% deviation. So I was thinking to get unflavoured version but not sure if I should go with nakpro now. So just wanted to know which brand should I go for now? I can see ON, muscleblaze etc. But they all mention 24gm protein per scoop whereas nakpro mentioned 31gm in unflavoured. (not sure how correct that is though) So just wanted to take suggestions from experienced ones here. Any opinion would be appreciated, thanks!

fitness_india “Why is there a huge difference in prices for whey protein brands currently?”
Hi all, I'm getting into working out recently. Now, I haven't started taking whey protein yet, but I wanted to ask why is there's such a huge price difference in different types of protein whey? I can see: 1. Nakpro whey: 1300 per kg 2. Protein concentrate: 1900 per kg 3. Gold concentrate and isolate : 2600 pr kg 4. Platinum isolate : 4000 per kg. Why is there such a huge difference in the prices here? I cannot afford the 4k per kg, is there a huge difference in quality? As a beginner which one should I go for?

As it is nutrition Whey protein isolate 4. The whole truth whey protein 5. Only What's needed whey protein 6. Avvatat Fuel Whey Even true basics 100% whey is a good choice. . You can always go for the unflavoured ones but most of the whey protein brands mentioned above have some sort of a chocolate flavour option. Which i always end up choosing.

fitness_india “Gym newbie: Protein powder review needed-NAKPRO VEGAN PLATINUM SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE”
hi guys i am 19M 138kgs on a journey of fat loss and muscle gain recently started gym my usual diet is 2500-3000 calories in which consuming 2 packs of 30g high protein country delight milk around 60g protein for 600-700 calories and 30+ g carbs my gym trainer told me to stay under 2000 calories to maintain a deficit for fat loss while having a high protein meal therefore quitting since it would be costly with nakpro (3000/month for country delight milk vs 3000 for complete 30 day diet as dicussed below👇) as I am a student i dont have much budget so wanted to know whether nakpro platinum vegan soy protein isolate- chocolate is a good choice if I consume 2 scoops a day for 50-55g protein and 2kg/month at a cost of 1560 for 2kg post discounts has anyone tried this specific flavour before if yes let me know does it taste good also I guess they have plant and pea protein I am not talking about that. pls share your genuine reviews about this product since I am a vegetarian I would be completing my rest goal of 150g protein by consuming 100g soya chunks (10-15rupees) and tempayy/quinoa/tofu/paneer/skimmed milk/curd/sprouts

Almost an year using nakpro gold, earlier used nakpro platinum, stopped when the prices increased, switched to gold. Go for nakpro gold. No issues whatsoever. I take 1.5 scoops twice a day, once with water in the morning and one with milk before bed. No issues. Just keep yourself hydrated and fiber bhi Khao.
