fitness_india “NAKPRO SOY vs NAKPRO IMPACT WHEY(read body)”
I'm a student and dealing with budget issues. I'm currently using Nakpro Impact Whey and the taste is pretty good. But I recently came across soy isolate which has much higher protein content than Impact Whey and costs less. So now I’m confused whether I should switch. How does soy isolate taste compared to imp.whey? Is it properly lab tested and safe to use? Are there any side effects or issues I should know about? For context, I’m 21 years old, 100kg+, currently on a sugar cut, and I don’t have lactose intolerance. Would really appreciate honest opinions and experiences.

fitness_india “Which protein should I buy? Beginner, ₹1500–₹2000 budget”
Nakpro Impact Whey would suit your budget. The only other Supplements that i would recommend is Vitamin d3+Calcium, Magnesium Glycinate and Vitamin B12. But please get blood work done to understand your body better and consulting a doctor usually is the best way to approach this.

fitness_india “Asking for Whey protein recommendation for 55M and 21M under 1.5k budget?”
Prices of all dairy products, including whey are going to rise. Rising oil and energy costs are pushing up production and transportation expenses, which will directly impact whey and dairy pricing. On top of that, fluctuations in the INR against the USD and Euro are making imported raw whey more expensive. So better stock up whey thats nearest to your budget. I guess Nakpro will be. Other than that, get unflavored and add it to your meals

fitness_india “Which is the best Impact Whey Protein - Nakpro VS Osoaa VS FuelOne ?????”
I don't have much money for supplements, so I relied on Jan Aushadhi Whey Protein. But recently it isn't available in stores for more than 2 months. So I shifter to Nakpro Impact whey. But really which one is best ?? All 3 give around same protein (50-55% protein with 14-16gm carbs in each serve). Price per kg for each - 1. Nakpro - 1180 2. Osoaa - 1234 3. Fuel One - 1380 Osoaa has one plus point that it comes with 3g creatine per scoop, so technically it is 1100 per kg without the creatine. Usually I get nakpro or Tata 1mg creatine. So anyone who has used these, or is in the same boat like me for budget issues. What would you prefer me ??
