Gold Whey Protein Concentrate & Isolate

TLDR: Wrong product from Amazon started a blame war between Nakpro and Amazon. After a week, I'm still stuck with no resolution. Pls help with ideas. I am loyal user of Napro whey. Last week, I ordered Nakpro gold whey protein on Amazon but received Calcium Caseinate instead. I thought this would be a regular case of return/replacement, but turned out to be a nightmare. 1. Amazon said that the product does not have returns/replacement. Hence they asked me to connect with Nakpro to rectify this. 2. I contacted Nakpro. They said Amazon handles the logistics and hence they will process the returns and refunds. This started a game of blaming each other between Nakpro and Amazon. 3. I went behind Amazon again. They said they are initiating an investigation to figure out what went wrong. I have very little hope there, and result is to be decided by 2nd May. Parallely, I was talking to Nakpro, not letting them close their ticket after passing the blame to Amazon. They said they will clear the replacement from their end, but I will still need to contact Amazon to initiate the Refund. Amazon doesn't even have a customer service mail ID - I need to stay on call 10+ mins every time to get an update. 4. Amazon currently says that the investigation report is to be out on 2nd May. Fingers crossed for that. Guys, please help me with any tricks or ideas on how I can get a refund/replacement.

Calculate cost per gram of protein, I use Nakpro gold, good vfm. Impact is half the cost but half the protein.

Nakpro whey: 1300 per kg 2. Protein concentrate: 1900 per kg 3. Gold concentrate and isolate : 2600 pr kg 4. Platinum isolate : 4000 per kg. ​ ​ Why is there such a huge difference in the prices here? I cannot afford the 4k per kg, is there a huge difference in quality? As a beginner which one should I go for? ​

u/Doc-DC: I have tried peanut protein powder (chocolate) from Alpino and Sparkfusion. Since I've a sweet tooth and like roasted peanuts in general, I'd say Alpino is 10/10 for me in taste, Sparkfusion is 7/10 at best. I made oatmeals for breakfast with both and the texture varies and I'd have to add a banana to the Sparkfusion one to make it taste sweeter/better and match the usual Alpino one, if we add fruits of any kind to the Alpino wala oat meal then it's a wonderful blast on taste buds! I have also tried Alpino Thandai Fusion and it is brilliant. I am not sure if the DIAAS score or PDCAAS score really matters a lot esp for parents who are above 65 years of age cos they find Alpino's peanut protein likeable than anything else. I have tried many other whey brands too since beginning of 2025 and currently using PHAB's Blueberry Cheesecake Isolate and Nakpro's Gold Whey Concentrate (Coffee flavor). I'd agree that Alpino is a good option for anyone who's lactose intolerant. On the other hand, yeast protein is considered a close #2 after whey in terms of absorption and gains, so maybe try that. I've tried SuperYou and its good, you might get a bit of fermented taste like that of a milk bread crust.
