“I'll probably go back to nitrotech from next month. I often (but not always) take 2 scoops a day with milk and both times it leaves me feeling uneasy for about an hour afterwards (ON). Nitrotech never had that problem for me.”

    fitness_india “Whey protein without Sucralose?”
On a sidenote, ON double chocolate has such an ass taste. Extremely bland for something that's supposedly double chocolate. Not a huge deal at the end of the day, but i found Nitrotech's ice cream cookie (or whatever it's called) flavour better. Amusingly ON also leads to more bloating for me compared to Nitrotech.

fitness_india “Why does everyone look for the cheapest protein powder?”
I’m forced to buy it as I have to consume 2 Scoops daily.Which was not possible with Nitrotech. Hence I was forced to switch to Nakpro. Nitrotech was extremely superior protein & had better taste than Nakpro.

weightgain “What's the best protein powder for actually building muscle? Need recommendations from people!!!”
Hi Guys, I'm serious about putting on muscle mass and want to make sure I'm using the right protein powder. Been lifting consistently for like 6 months now and want to add protein powder to help with muscle gain. Diet is decent but I'm probably not hitting my protein goals. I keep seeing these mentioned: * **Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard** * **Dymatize ISO100** * **MuscleTech Nitro-Tech** * **MyProtein Impact Whey** **What's actually worked for you?** Looking for something with 25g+ protein per scoop that mixes well and doesn't taste like garbage. Also wondering - does whey isolate actually build muscle faster than regular whey? Or is it just marketing BS? I'm 5'10", 160lbs trying to get to 175-180. Eating around 2500-2800 calories daily. Should I go for a mass gainer or stick with regular protein powder? Budget is around $70-130. What do you guys recommend?

fitness_india “Need help choosing whey protein”
Hi everyone, I could really use some veteran advice on choosing my next protein powder. For context, I’m 22M, 5'8", and 78kg. I have a bulky/muscular build but I'm actively trying to lose some stubborn fat around my belly and thighs. My daily routine is pretty brutal. I’m currently an intern. so I travel during peak Mumbai local hours every day, carrying a heavy laptop bag. On top of that, I train 6 days a week. As you can guess, I’m dealing with a lot of physical fatigue and my recovery window is basically just the time I spend sleeping. Currently, my diet isn't perfect. I only manage to get around 70g of protein from whole foods, pushing my daily total to roughly 90-110g with whey. I know I need to increase this if I want to lean out and recover properly. (For supplements, I also take creatine, a multivitamin, fish oil, and I'm incorporating Ashwagandha ksm 66 for nighttime recovery). I used to take MuscleTech NitroTech Ripped based on a suggestion from a gym senior, but to be completely honest, it is way too costly for my current budget to sustain long-term. To find a better alternative, I went full nerd and made a custom Excel sheet of all the reputed, Trustified-certified, non-isolate protein brands. I calculated every important metric: Protein Percentage per Scoop (Purity) Normalized 1kg Price Monthly Budget (Exactly how much it costs to sustain the tub for 30 days) Protein per Rupee (Total grams of protein divided by the tub price) Here is the direct view only link to my protein excel sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1kAduVpyPKuggmcYGDk5inSQgrMr-4Mulyg9cm91J7xg/edit?usp=sharing Even with all this math, I can't decide which one to pick based on just a single factor. Should I blindly trust the highest "Protein per Rupee"? Is it worth sacrificing a few grams of protein for a flavored blend rather than raw whey so I don't hate drinking it every day? I’m looking for your real-world opinions. Which protein from the current Indian market strikes the perfect balance of being cost-effective, high quality, and actually having enough servings so I don't run out mid-month?

workout “Need help choosing between whey protein & isolate protien.”
Hy there, so really need advice for buying best isolate protein for myself as lactose intolerant person. Have used ON gold standard now looking to try new brands and flavours. Dymatize is expensive after import like 11k INR for 2.2kg and where muscle tech is 5-6k INR (made in india) & muscle tech normal whey have 30gm protein/scoop on normal whey protein. So really need advice if i should get dymatize iso100 or something else.
