AMP Pure Isolate

I’m sharing this for awareness so others don’t face the same issue. I placed a prepaid order for protein powder on GNC India’s official website on 2nd December. The courier tracking showed that the order never moved beyond the first warehouse. I contacted GNC India multiple times via email and phone. Each time, I was told that the order would be dispatched within 24–48 hours, but this never happened. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no actual progress. Initially, they were also reluctant to cancel the order. Due to the lack of updates and resolution, I filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India. After this, the courier tracking now shows the order as cancelled. As of now, I have still not received my refund. Posting this so others are aware and can be cautious before placing prepaid orders. I’ll update this post once the refund is processed. Update: Refund received. Following up on my earlier post regarding the delayed and cancelled order from GNC India. I can confirm that the refund has now been credited to my original mode of payment. While the issue has finally been resolved, the process involved significant delays, repeated follow-ups, and escalation via the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) before any action was taken. Posting this update for transparency and to close the loop. I hope this helps others make an informed decision and know the steps to take if they face a similar situation.

So I'm again looking at the online market to purchase my next batch of whey protein (used ON and OWN previously). Now, however, the prices have increased almost everywhere. So I had almost decided to go with Naturaltein MAX whey but then someone I know mentioned that he's ordered the new formulated whey from GNC, which does not use the maltodextrine that they previously used. I've been avoiding GNC ever since it was acquired by Harbin, but searching along this sub I gather that the major complaint was with the added maltodextrine (ik it's a very valid argument). But now that it's no longer in the ingredients, is it worth looking into GNC? Or should I continue avoiding them? They are somewhat affordable in the market though. Has anyone here tried the new batch?
