neutralfitness_india “I just read India's official 2024 nutrition report and the government findings on protein powders are genuinely uncomfortable to read...”again im not accusing anyone of anything but this is a test done by ICMR so we never know the full end to end and I do not wish to go down the Alex jones tinfoil route but the way I see it is if youre a healthy active dude who feels the need to double scoop whey go for it more often than not sedentary lifestyle is the killer and If all you do is work come back home and sleep you likely dont need whey at all just make sure youre getting good high quality strict QC tested whey like GNC ON dymatize etc
