Fit Open Earbuds S70

Noise is an Indian company which has made, you could say a cheap version of the Open earbuds

My wife has the Anker V20i and I have a pair I got for free of the 1Mii open ears. Compared to my in ear Anker Space A40s neither come close to the amount of bass you can get, or music quality. And honestly, I just don't see how any open ear buds can with their design. I also definitely get where you're coming from. I work from home and my wife homeschools our 4 kids, so, it gets noisy. Sometimes I want to be able to hear them still and pay better attention, and sometimes I want some peace and quiet. What I do is just switch back and forth depending on what I need. Most in ear earbuds are uncomfortable for me too, so I only wear them for an hour or two at most. The Space A40s are the most comfortable I've tried, but they still cause some fatigue/uncomfort after awhile. I also have some over ear headphones for when I really want noise cancellation/ focus, so I switch between all 3 some days. So, I can't really give you a recommendation that will fit your needs, but maybe an alternative recommendation of getting 2 pair, one open, and one in ear?
