Aero True Wireless Earbuds

I’m thinking about upgrading my earbuds, but I keep hitting a wall trying to choose there are so many options now and every review seems to recommend something different depending on the use case. What I’m really after is something that stays comfortable for long listening sessions, delivers great sound, has reliable connectivity, and doesn’t block my surroundings. I’d also love something that’s easy to wear for workouts, walks, and daily use without that in‑ear fatigue. Some open‑ear earbuds I’ve been seeing a lot of people talk about are: * AfterShokz (Shokz) Aeropex * Bose Frames (with earbuds style open audio) * Sony Open‑Ear models (like the INA‑W10 or similar rumored ones) * JBL Endurance Peak II (open/around‑ear style)

Just want to comment an update: I ended up getting the Sport X20 (refurbished on Amazon so they were $55!) and these are IT! They are exactly what I was looking for. Some things to mention though: I truly don’t like the idea of sticking things in my ear but honestly it was the only wait to get something to stay during long runs. I bought the aerofit 2 in the summer thinking they would be perfect but they end up hurting my ears after a long period. And despite the sound and microphones being amazing, they’re just not for me (especially considering I have small ears). I’m sure they work for some people but even when I sweat they end up slipping off. If you find this post (or come back to this after this comment) I highly suggest NOT getting those unless you want to give them a try. The sport X20 is what I should have got originally. I feel like the hooks do nothing but I guess it’s just a tiny bit of support and it keeps them on. I like the different sized ear tips which is nice and the noise canceling is REALLY good. I usually wear my Sony XM4s to the gym and not gonna lie, I thought the noise canceling was on par when I used them today. Then transparency mode is great and I’ve had 0 problems running in these. Sometimes I’ll have to shove them in a tiny bit during the run but honestly they don’t slip out which is great. HIGHLY recommend getting these.

i have the Open Fit 2 and when i go to the gym its been so nice to not be fidgeting with a air pod subtly attempting a clif jump from my ear lobe. the sound quality is really good i find my self zoning out and not really hearing the background noise until I break FLow state. but being able to hear if a plate falls or worst. i can still act quickly, hearing around me. i'm more interested to try the new fit since they made the driver bigger. i wonder how it will balance as i workout. i like the floaty feel of the open fit 2. i had the the predecessor to the aeropex, the aeropex and the open run for years. because i practice martial arts and dance, so when i got the open fit 2. i felt more free to move without the band on it. \*puts on foil hat\* i also switched because i think i gave myself a roll on the back of my head from adjusting the band that when behind my head. lol. but yeah i love shokz. i can't wait to try the new open fit pro. \*takes off foil hat\*. i think the sound quality is much more detailed and fuller with the ear hook style. but i do miss the vibration of the open run head phones, because the music was literally in my head. the new new ones i didnt like because they gave up water resistance for open tweeters. and if im giving up water resistance I'm going for audio quality between the two. I forget they’re there! I love that about them the most. AirPods Pro put painful pressure on one small spot on one ear that has since taken forever to calm down. I’ve preferred in ear buds since the wired days but recently find I’m really liking this open ear style. If I want true high fidelity I’ll grab my Sony OTEs, but most of the time the Aeroclips are all I need. I’ve been an Anker fan girl for years, so I felt confident about a soundcore purchase. The first pair were in ear style with anc and while performance isn’t horrible, the fit/comfort just isn’t there. But I can’t identify a con for the AeroClip. Fully charged they last a full workday of telehealth video calls before I even get the first low battery alert. That’s impressive and beats both Apple and Bose.
