I love the truthear hola (these are my girls), and was going to get one for myself but they've been discontinued apparently. So if anyone knows something similar in sound and build (the material and fit feel like they were made for my ears specifically), I welcome any and all suggestions. Thanks 🙏🏿

positiveiems “Recommendations For Bassy IEM For Music and Gaming (CS2)”Hey guys, Im still on the search for recommendations for iems in the range of **$150-$300** that are fun sounding (good bass). I currently main the **Truthear Holas** which i like but im just looking for endgame as its not the most ideal for competitive **CS2**. I listen to **Pop,Hip Hop, Alternative Rock, EDM and Reggae** with the occasional Classical/Jazz music. Im just looking for an IEM that is one and done, not afraid to spend the money if it means im getting something solid (buy nice or buy twice). I will consider all recommendations and i hope you guys suggest them that would best suite my requirements in your experiences.

neutraliems “Looking for an upgrade to my legendary Truthear Hola”I can't think of anything else with the same laid back signature as the Hola. Maybe the Truthear Pure is closest but it's a lot punchier. It has a similar warm tilt without being as warm/bassy as the QKZ HBB (which is the thing that reminds me the most of the Hola, except it's bassier). The Artti T10 would be a solid choice as well. Slightly different, more V/W tuning but probably not so wildly different that you'll hate it. It's got slightly more relaxed treble than a lot of planars. And a good upgrade in terms of resolution etc. It's worth spending slightly more for the T10 over the Luna if you're budget covers it, but the Luna would be my next choice of planar otherwise. Another option that's probably closer to the Hola tuning (if it's in budget) is the Letshuoer S08, or maybe the T10 Pro (which I haven't heard, but I believe it's quite similar). The reason I don't normally recommend the S08 despite like it a lot myself, is that it's *very* tip-sensitive, so depending on how the tips work in your ears, it might just sound a bit weird. From people I've asked, it seems the T10 Pro is the same. But these quite unique among planars, and sit in their own category of being quite warm/dark, and also sounding a bit closer to a DD than the typical T10/S12/Timeless style. I haven't heard the Cadenza 2 but nothing I've seen from reviews/graphs suggests they sound anything like the Hola. The C2 has Harman-style tucked bass, so it won't have that smooth, warm sound like the Hola. The original Cadenza (or the KBear KB01) is probably closer (but not quiet the same either). Agree that the Retro Nano is really the only source gear you need, so it's well worth getting one for a much better quality of life compared to a basic dongle. Not sure about how it'll work with your iPod though.

neutraliems “Looking for an upgrade to my legendary Truthear Hola”Hello, after 2 and more years with my Hola I was looking to upgrade to another pair of iem. The logical path would be the Kiwi Ears Cadenza 2, as they seem the most Hola like sound wise. But I would also like to try planar, like the Sgor Luna. I would also like to buy the Snowsky Retro Nano, to be able to power the planars, and the ability to turn my iems bluetooth. Which the total comes to around 110€, for 2 pairs and a bluetooth dac. Budget is around 100-120€ for all. Aliexpress is fine, actually the preferred shop I'm now also thinking buying a single, good pair, like the Fosi IM4 or Artti T10 or something else. Considering my main dap is a modded ipod classic 7th gen Thanks a lot for the help TLDR: looking for the HOLA upgrade, similar sound signature
