I’m a big supporter of leasing instead of buying for this type of scenario, especially since the key to a long life for these machines is regular maintenance. If you want to buy, you’re probably looking at a WMF, Franke, or Saeco. Franke is probably still going to be above that range. Keep in mind you’ll need a good milk cooler, which is also pricey. If you go with something like the Saeco Magic, you get a couple and milk fridges on both.

The grinder in this situation would be fine, because a grinder’s capabilities are limited out of box for this particular SAECO variant. This machine’s portafilter has built in pressurization. You can remove it, or get a compatible un-pressurized portafilter. If it’s left in, then there’ll always be artificial pressure and too much crema and whatnot. If you remove the pressurization pieces in the portafilter, then you may have difficulty dialing in with the Virtuoso but it would still make a decent cup.

Looks very very close to the Saeco Semi Automatic Deluxe. Thats all i could find :( Edit: and i think philips owns saeco, so it could just be an obscure re-labelled version of the automatica deluxe.

IDK man, you'll have to slum around looking for quasi commercial units. Schaerer, Cameo, Franke, Saeco Magic might be a good fit. There are online retailers that sell them and can help guide you. You can double your need pretty quick so that is tricky. Maybe get a on demand drip machine and a super auto. I'd focus on which one has a auto wand or pretty good milk frothing that is better than jura.
