Filters are cheap, cleaning/descaling is easy, They will last 5-10 years before you need to buy a replacement. Feature wise, you need to decide if you want auto-shutoff, or you want a "dumb" machine that just has an on/off switch, so it can keep warm for more than two hours, as long you're not forgetful.

I'll be straight with you - grinding the night before is going to give you stale coffee no matter what grinder you use, so I'd really reconsider that plan. For your budget and moka pot use, the Timemore C2/C3 hand grinders (\~$50-70) will serve you way better than any electric in that price range, and they're quiet enough for morning use without waking anyone. Although it will give you a bit of workout (not too much but it will improve your handshake! lol) If you absolutely need electric, save up to $200-250 for a Baratza Encore ESP or 1Zpresso J-Max electric mod, because the cheap electrics (Krups, Mr Coffee, etc) won't get you anywhere near espresso capability later and will produce inconsistent grounds even for moka pot. The reality is there's no electric grinder under $150 that does both moka pot \*and\* future-proofs for espresso - you're looking at either hand grinding now or buying twice.

I like my krups coffee maker it’s good quality and great warranty. Got mine replaced recently without issue.  But OXO is another great brand. That will last a long time.
