Imperial Espresso

Apologies if I'm getting the terms wrong! Fairly new to all of this. Please answer my questions (listed at end). Thank you in advance. I love coffee, especially espresso - Dark roast (bitter note). To keep it on the affordable side, I purchase coffee from local Coffee day outlets (Pure coffee - PB Pure) and use it with Mokapot. (Can't afford espresso machines 🥲) Of course they are miles different, but it's the closest I could. The coffee powder is of good quality and I'm happy. However, checking all the posts here, made me curious. I want the process to be more hands-on, purchasing beans, grinding them, and use it with Mokapot. Can you help me guide: 1. Which beans should I buy and how to preserve them right, I drink daily though? What are the best brands? 2. The hand grinder, most suggested (Time more C3) but it is a bit expensive at least for learning. Can I use Agaro for a while and then upgrade or is it a wrong decision. 3. Am I going overboard and making a wrong decision with all these thoughts? Should I continue purchasing coffee powder and use it with Mokapot.

I want a good espresso machine within budget and u guys said agaro sucks so here im, flair Neo flex cost, 12.5 K and Picopresso 11.5k I don’t travel much, so I don’t care about that. I want something which is good quality and durable. And what are the type of material is used inside is a metal or plastic?
